A Transport Specialist will manage orders and take every measure possible to ensure that each order is delivered in full and in good condition on the date requested while providing the best delivery service at the least cost possible. Run Open order Report for Region Resolve open orders for region Manage open PKU Report Clean, update and dispatch orders for specific region Ensure delivery appointments are received in a timely manner Use optimizer in i2 to ensure best delivery service at least cost possible Request payload increases and decreases as needed Verify all information in SAP is accurate Contact customers to ensure on-time delivery Schedule dock appointments accurately while maximizing line load opportunities Communicate with customers, Customer Service and carriers in a professional manner Use KPI data to drive improved performance Provide consistent and timely information to team and resource regarding all facets of dispatching and customer service Follow up on Key Account deliveries AVAILABLE SHIFTS:Candidates must be flexible with shift timing and overtime based on business and customer needs.
